Geoffrey Cox MP meets HMS Tetcott veterans

 

Geoffrey Cox met wartime veterans from the crew of HMS Tetcott last Saturday at a reception and exhibition of photographs and memorabilia, organised by Holsworthy Museum.

Geoffrey Cox, MP for Torridge and West Devon, met wartime veterans from the crew of HMS Tetcott last Saturday at a reception and exhibition of photographs and memorabilia, organised by the Holsworthy Museum, at Holsworthy Market Hall. The MP spent time discussing their experiences with the Royal Navy veterans, who had served on the Hunt Class Destroyer during the Second World War.

They were extraordinarily modest about the service they had rendered to their country in action in the Second World War.
